How long would take for us to get a reply.

Our principle is to reply fast max 24 hours for at least an acknowledgement. However some of the demands may take some days to research.

Can we have SOP?

Sop is not standard for every product or service but our first step is to provide you SOP. Once we agree on SOP we can start the process.

NCNDA?
Part of the SOP is NCNDA but we need to come to a mutual understanding than we proceed. Every step is time consuming there fore we need to make sure that SOP is agreed.
Do you provide a Performance bond?

Usually our sellers provide 2% performance clause on contract as long as all other requirements are met as per SOP:
